By purchasing from LUMORA you agree to these terms.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

You are buying a licence to use digital wallpaper files on your own
devices. You are not buying the copyright.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

- Use the wallpapers on any device you personally own.
- Keep the files indefinitely.
- Re-download them if you lose them, by contacting us with your order number.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

- Resell, redistribute, or give the files away.
- Include them in any product, template, app, or collection you sell.
- Upload them to wallpaper sites, stock libraries, or NFT marketplaces.
- Claim authorship of them.

HOW THE WALLPAPERS ARE MADE

LUMORA wallpapers are generated with AI and reviewed by a human before
release. We do not use copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or the
likeness of real people.

DELIVERY

Files are delivered by email immediately after payment. If you have not
received your download within one hour, check your spam folder and then
contact us.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Packs may be updated or retired.
If a pack you already own is updated, you keep access to the version you
bought.

REFUNDS

See our Refund Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the
product in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time
of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
